Payment Terms

Non-refundable deposit of 10% of the tour cost payable at time of booking, plus on extended tours, any Guide accommodation costs incurred in advance of tour.

Balance payable 30 days prior to full day or extended tour date and 14 days prior to half day tour date.

Cancellation Terms

Full Day/Extended Tours:  50% refunded if tour is cancelled 14 -30 days prior to tour date.

Half Day Tours:  50% refunded if tour is cancelled 7 -30 days prior to tour date.

* In exceptional circumstances Noost reserves the right to cancel tours or services. Clients will be promptly informed and offered a full refund or an alternative arrangement.
